State Management

Management services include support to DHS and the TECTA statewide steering committee, subcommittees. The TECTA system is funded through Tennessee State University by the Tennessee Department of Human Services using federal funds from the Childcare and Development Block Grant.

The Tennessee State University Center of Excellence on Policy provides management, training, and technical assistance for the development of the TECTA statewide system and to a consortium of higher education institutions with programs approved by TECTA.
