Procedure for enrolling in an Orientation class:

  1. Complete the enrollment request form and fax it to our office by the Registration Deadline. NO late registrations will be accepted!
  2. Note that the orientation TYPE and SITE are indicated on the top of the form; choose only one class per person. Please choose the orientation that is most applicable to the age group with whom you work. Applicants are assigned to a class based on the enrollment profile submitted, if no class is clearly indicated, the enrollment profile will not be considered valid.
  3. To help us successfully enroll you in the class of your choice, make sure that your printing is legible and that you provide a current, personal email address (all correspondence will be conducted via email). You may make copies as needed. Fax a copy of the enrollment request form to the TECTA office at 615-277-1670, and always mail the hard copy after you have faxed a copy.
